Andrew has been an Independent Member of Quartz Wealth’s Investment Committee since 2021. Andrew is formerly a fund manager and now a private investor who provides Quartz Wealth with impartial views on our investment philosophies and ideas as well as contributing his knowledge of the local and global marketplace. As a former fund manager, Andrew is well versed in the realities of financial markets and their challenges.
From 2008 to 2021, Andrew was a founder of a highly successful funds management fixed income ‘boutique’ – Ardea Investment Management, working in a credit capacity. Andrew was also a director of Ardea until 2020 and was responsible for several aspects of its management. Since 1994, Andrew has been employed at Credit Suisse Asset Management, also as a credit fund manager and at Westpac Institutional Bank, Banque Nationale de Paris and ASB Bank in various credit and financial roles.
