At Quartz Wealth we work as a team of advisers. You will have a lead adviser who will primarily work with you, but any one of the team could work on your account. Each adviser’s disclosure statements are available via their profile on the Quartz Wealth website.
Nature and Scope
I can provide advice to our clients about their financial planning and projections, investment planning, investment solutions, cash and debt management, cashflow analysis and savings.
Where I provide financial advice in relation to managed funds, direct equities and bonds, KiwiSaver, private equity and venture capital investments, the advice will be about financial products from a broad range of providers which are on the Quartz Wealth Approved Product List (APL). The Quartz Investment Committee (QIC) selects and monitors all financial providers and products on the APL. Some clients may hold investments in other financial products not on the Quartz Wealth APL. Where this is the case, I may provide advice on those products as part of providing financial advice to these clients.
I also provide estate planning, asset protection, insurance and mortgage advice that is strategic and general in nature. I do not recommend specific insurance or mortgage products and where appropriate I will recommend clients to a suitable specialist.
The nature and scope of a client’s engagement with Quartz Wealth will be detailed in the Letter of Engagement.
Remuneration
Quartz Wealth is a fee for service provider. This means that Quartz Wealth Management and the financial advisers working for Quartz Wealth are remunerated through the fees that clients pay. As a shareholder I am remunerated by way of shareholder salary.
I declare that I have never been convicted of a criminal offence and neither am I awaiting legal proceedings for any criminal offence.
I have never been subject to disciplinary or regulator actions, and neither am I waiting the result of an investigation or proceedings.
